The former school was converted to private residences decades before and the landscaping for the property needed a refresh.  Working with the board, we developed a list of improvements for the property that would serve all residents and improve the street appeal of the property.  A low evergreen hedge provides a consistent treatment for the long road frontage of the property and planting upgrades address all entrances, the perimeter of the property and the rear parking area.
